My dad drove me to my future university tonight, to put my “Immatrikulationsantrag” into the postbox and I showed him the building where I’m gonna be studying soon. I just can’t wait!! The building is so beautiful and modern, and it’s got trees and a little café inside, all under a glass-roof. When I imagine me sitting there with future student-friends, I would love to go there and start studying tomorrow haha^^
But I guess after the first few weeks, studying chinese won’t be that much fun anymore, it will probably get dull from time to time, but at least I am learning to speak and write in chinese (more than the few useless sentences I know by now, like “my little sister is cooking rice” lol).
This is the building (inside), the AAI (Asien Afrika Institut)
And the weather was SO nice today! Yesterday I just thought about the last few weeks and how I was sitting, having breakfast outside on the balcony in the sun and that these times are probably over this year and today I awoke to a wonderful late-summer day. I sat on the balcony almost all day long, enjoying the last sunrays of the year, listening to spanish music and reading a nice book and it was just so neat. I hope tomorrow will be like that, too and moreover my friend Denis is coming and visiting me, I haven’t seen him for, like, a month or something ‘cause he’s been away for civil service. So at least tomorrow something is HAPPENING, unlike most of the days of my vacations…
When I began reading some spanish grammar today, so that I won’t forget everything I’ve learned in school, I discovered that I forgot soooo many words awww ><
What I learned today:
You can go from university to the inner city in about 5 minutes, it’s so nearby! I never knew that before.
